I've been doing the Freddie Mac files for 4 years and I don't know if I've ever seen a listing agent for the Seller put this much effort into resolving a potentially serious problem in such a timely manner and with such integrity. I have been so inspired to see you doing this level of research and hard work, and continually communicating with the parties involved in this escrow. 9 times out of 10 I end up doing all of the legwork on these code violations / permit violations, and escrow drags out because I don't have the resources (leaving to inspect the property, etc.) that the agents do, so I really never expected this level of involvement on the listing side. I am so excited to see that there are still some agents out there who are willing to take the bull by the horns. Regardless of whether we work on one deal in the future together or 100, I am just completely impressed by your work ethic in this situation and didn't want another day to go by without letting you know.
