    There’s an old adage; it’s better to be lucky than good. On a whim, we met Rob over Thanksgiving break representing the seller of a house we liked. Of course, the house already had an offer on it as well. Thinking we wouldn’t get a shot at it we moved on. To our surprise, Rob called the next day to say that the buyers had backed out and that before he put it back on the market he wondered if we were still interested? Fast forward, we are now happy owners. Rob is a true professional. He’s detail oriented and knows his craft. More important, he knows the Arizona real estate market not only as an agent but also as an investor. In his prior life, he was an attorney and those skills and experiences come through in spades.
