Fall Carefree Restaurant Week
September 29th - October 5th, 2025, from 11 AM to 10 PM. Local Carefree restaurants will offer exciting lunch and dinner menus. Customers will have an opportunity to sample new and exciting menu offerings to support their local restaurants. There is something to suit every palate from Latin cuisine, Italian, modern American, soul food, high tea, or even a good old-fashioned burger. Tuesday Night Music Club at Black Mountain Guitar
Every First Tuesday night of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 at Black Mountain Guitar located at 6220 E Cave Creek Rd, Cave Creek. Open forum for aspiring songwriters to meet, share, and collaborate their ideas with others. Please bring your own instrument and be ready to encourage others and grow in your musical journey.



Carefree Farmer's Market
Every Friday (Winter Hours - 9 AM to 1 PM October through May) (Summer Hours - 8 AM to 11 AM June through September) Every Friday near the Sundial in Carefree! Vendors change weekly. Features may include fresh, local, seasonal produce, herbs, and flowers; locally made jams, jellies, and salsas; and fresh baked breads. FREE ADMISSION AND PARKING! When it's hot, the market moves to the Sanderson Lincoln Pavilion stage area with shade and misters to cool the area.



Carefree Friday Nights
Every Friday evening from 5 PM to 9 PM at Carefree Town Center at 8 Sundial Circle in Carefree. This weekly event invites you to explore the charm of Carefree after sunset. Local restaurants offer live entertainment, and stores in the Town Center stay open later for more shopping.  Enjoy a delightful dinner, stroll through the Carefree Desert Gardens, and discover local treasures—in one night. It's a simple and enjoyable way to experience the best of Carefree under the stars.

Empty Bowls Big HeARTs Project
Saturday, October 11th, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at 4250 E Carefree Hwy, Cave Creek, AZ. Enjoy a flavorful afternoon of art, food, music, and community at the Empty Bowls Chili Cook-Off, an annual fundraiser supporting the vital work of the Foothills Food Bank & Resource Center. This beloved event brings together local artists, chefs, and compassionate neighbors to make a meaningful impact in the fight against hunger.  For over 26 years, the Sonoran Art League and it'd generous community have handcrafted ceramic and glass bowls in recognition of World Hunger Day. Each bowl serves as a symbol of hope, and your support ensures those bowls are never empty. Enjoy delicious chili tastings, live music, local brews, a Silent auction, and handmade Artisan bowls for purchase. All proceeds will benefit the Foothills Food Bank and its dedication to assisting those in need. The event is open to the public with no admission fee. This event is partnered with the Sonoran Arts League.




Taste of Cave Creek 
Wednesday, October 22 & Thursday, October 23rd, 2025 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Stagecoach Village 7100 East Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ 85331. "The Taste of Cave Creek … where friends and neighbors come to meet!” More than 30 restaurants will descend upon Stagecoach Village for the annual two-day fest! The Arizona Gold Mining Experience
October 26, 2024, from 10 AM to 11:30 AM at the Cave Creek Museum at 6140 E Skyline Drive, Cave Creek, AZ. *** Due to the popularity of this event, pre-purchase of tickets is required. Tickets may be purchased on the EVENT page. The museum opens at 9 am for event check-in, The AZ GOLD MINING EXPERIENCE begins at 10 am! The Cave Creek Museum’s AZ GOLD MINING EXPERIENCE is unique with its display of the complete hard rock ore extraction process, with the mine shaft, tramway, ore carts, crushing, and extraction, which are always on display but operated on 2nd Saturdays. Gold Fever Adventure
October 26th from 1 PM to 4:30 PM. Cave Creek Museum has partnered with Rackensack Canyon Tours to bring Arizona’s first and only total gold mining experience to life.  After seeing the interactive, action-packed Arizona Gold Mining Experience (AZGME), Gold Fever lovers break for lunch and return to Cave Creek Museum to leave promptly at 1:00 pm for the 3-hour gold mine tour in a unique 10-passenger vehicle that takes you into the Continental Mountains and to the mine. Turquoise Circuit Pro Rodeo and Finals

October 31 - November 1, 2025, at Cave Creek Memorial Arena, located at 37201 N 28th St in Cave Creek. Turquoise Circuit is part of the circuit system devised by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. The United States is divided into 12 sections, and the Turquoise Circuit is comprised of rodeos and athletes in New Mexico and Arizona. Each circuit holds a finals rodeo to determine which two contestants from each event are to be sent to represent the Circuit at the National Circuit Finals Rodeo, hosted by PRCA. Don't miss this showdown, where top cowboys and cowgirls go head-to-head for national titles and advance to the NFR Open. This is a don't miss event! Tickets on sale now at their website.
