Pre-Listing Activites

We have vendors in place from cradle to grave for property inspections, trash-outs, utilities, and repairs. We have a reimbursement account already set up and we research property for due diligence. We will do occupancy checks and have experience with Cash for Keys.

Marketing REO Properties

We do more to market REO properties than anyone else in our area. More exposure means more offers to get your property sold. We use technology to your advantage as most home buyers search online first for properties.

We take professional photos, use supra lock boxes and do weekly property checks. We expose your property to the masses using our company web site, social media, online classified ads, and syndicate to Realtor.com, Zillow and hundreds of other major search sites. We create marketing books, eflyers and a custom video for every property, and hold open houses and agent tours to get more exposure. We also market to other agents in the area to help find a buyer for your property.

Listing to Close

We work with the asset manager and the buyer's agent to get the deal done. We are hands-on with the transaction manager during escrow. We also have experience with commercial properties.
